Name: Patchpaw
Age: 6 moons
Gender: Tom
Appearance: 
Patchpaw has round blue eyes that are rarely seen narrowed- he just about always has them widened for some reason or another. They are big and round, as well.
His head is pointed and nose/muzzle lengths are medium. He has medium-length legs and often stumbles and trips.
Patchpaw's fur is short-medium in length and he's a calico. His fur often standing on end and his muscles are rarely relaxed.
Speaking of muscles, Patchpaw's by far not a muscular tom. He's actually rather weak, but not lithe. Somewhere in the middle.
Yes, a male calico. I am indeed aware that male calicoes are rare. Also, to add to the odds that he's a calico, he is fertile, thus he can have kits. However, finding a mate for Patchpaw may be really, really hard due to his personality.
Personality: In simple: Patchpaw's crazy. He interprets literally everything he sees as a sign from StarClan, whether bad or not, though usually it's bad. Even the tiniest leaf falling to the ground will scare this apprentice out of his pelt, ranting about how it's the end of the Kingdoms.
Patchpaw's not one that should be easily believed unless it's right in front of you, it's probably just one of his "signs". His eyes are often found wide and twitching, his fur on end, and his back arched.
It takes a lot to calm him down, as the tiniest of things will nerve him... Okay, let's be honest, Patchpaw doesn't think everything is a sign, but pretty close to it.
He's not a good fighter, just a good enough hunter to make it as an apprentice or warrior, probably.
When he's not his normal, crazy self, Patchpaw can be very calm, and even go into a phase of sanity for a few minutes, often in attempts to get what he wants.
I will be making a second account for Patchpaw because of the number of posts needed to become a warrior, and I'd rather not manually track the IC posts I've made with just Patchpaw. |

Alright . . . ? Wait, why would a male calico not be fertile? (sorry, I love cats but I can't say I know an awful lot about them) And sure. Although with Foxfrost already "shaking things up", LunarClan's got a very interesting cast of characters.

Calico/Tortoiseshell males are extremely rare. It's due to the chromosomes, etc.. Thus, a male would need to absorb the embryo of a female from within the womb of his mother, thus gaining the genes of the calico/tortoiseshell pelt. Because he'd have two of some chromosome or whatever (I can't exactly remember how it all works), he'd be infertile. Though there is a small chance of a male calico/tortie being fertile, Patchpaw's one of them.

You don't have to explain that all to us if you don't want to! We would have just accepted a male tortoiseshell cat anyway, it is roleplay after all. Also, we have cats here that can spontaneously light things on fire, I wouldn't be too concerned about the logic behind the genetics if you don't want to.

Well I have a fertile male tortoiseshell kitten who can has infrared vision and can swim through walls. I wouldn't worry about it.
