Afterlife (StarClan+Abyss of the Lost) Rules
All Rules Listed in "MCC Rules" Apply Unless Stated Otherwise
1) StarClan cats may speak to living cats in their dreams, but cannot tell them things the cats aren't supposed to know yet (unless there are special circumstances). Telling them about your cat's past is fine though.
2) Abyss of the Lost cats cannot travel into StarClan territory (unless there are special circumstances).
3) Abyss of the Lost cats may speak to living cats in their dreams and try to convince them to be evil. If the living cat denies them, that cat can't come back into their dreams again. If the cat accepts them or hasn't decided yet, they may come and go as normal spirits in dreams. (Same rules apply about telling living cats about things they aren't supposed to know yet.)
4) StarClan and Abyss of the Lost cats don't "fade" overtime (as mentioned in the Warrior cats book series).
5) If an Abyss of the Lost cat is "killed", they re-appear back at a place claimed by them (den, nest, territory, ect.). Their spirit body remains like a living cat's body does when killed. They get a new "body" when they re-appear (the body is identical to the previous one. Same fur, structure, ect. It's as if nothing happened, there's just a dead copy left where they were "killed").
6) StarClan cats may also be "killed", but this is forbidden in StarClan territory. It may only occur in special circumstances. StarClan cats react the same way to being "killed" as Abyss of the Lost cats, but take longer to re-appear because they are not used to being "killed" like Abyss cats are.
7) Even if being "killed" in a different territory, (Examples: StarClan, a dream, ect.) an Abyss of the Lost cat will find themselves back in the Abyss of the Lost when they re-appear. (Same goes for StarClan cats, but in StarClan.)
8) Abyss of the Lost cats may form fighting groups of up to 12. Fighting groups live, work, and fight together in the Abyss of the Lost. The leader is whoever created the fighting group, but he or she may decide later if they want a joint leadership or other means of governing.
9) Abyss of the Lost fighting groups may fight each other without a plot or permission from Hazelstar. Although some fighting group leaders may require that you ask them permission before attacking them.
Rules may be added or changed any time without previous notification. If rules are broken, an appropriate punishment will be chosen by Hazelstar.
StarClan Land Properties:
StarClan is a lush world with all kinds of terrain that the cats could possibly want. The world expands only as far as the sky and the horizon. Prey is plentiful, even though the spirit cats have no need to eat, many do for fun and taste of it. StarClan cats are always able to see the living cats, no matter where they are in StarClan, or who they wish to see. Life in the stars is truly wonderful.
Abyss of the Lost Land Properties:
The Abyss of the Lost is a dark and twisted world. The trees are dead and leafless, most of the foliage contains thorns, and the pitch-black sky is starless. There is no prey to be caught, and the lakes are filled with blood. Only cats with crewel souls are sent here, it is the most awful place know to cats.
These rules are meant to make Medieval Cat Clans a safe and fun place, and also to clear any confusion involved with the Afterlife section of our site. Have fun!
